Tasted on 7/2/14 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Frugal MacDoogal. Pours very lightly hazy burnt orange with an average, somewhat fizzy off-white head that slowly recedes to thin lace. The nose is caramel malt forward with some candied orange peel, and traditional hefeweizen wheat aroma. The flavor is the same, this is a malt forward hefeweizen. The body is medium with average, fizzy carbonation and a medium wheaty, malty banana finish.

12oz bottle - The beer pours out a light copper body, hazy with a fluffy 1" white cap. Aroma is grass clippings, clove, banana, light bubblegum...very nice. Flavor is aggressively spiced, which I really enjoyed. Citrus, banana, fresh dough is also quite prominent but it’s nicely spiced. Really, really a nice beer.

Bottle at Tokyo Disney Sea! Big clove and banana aroma, some brown sugar. Flavour is pretty sweet and light. Not great, but not bad.

Pours hazy orange with a large off-white head. Smells of banana and hints of bubblegum. Taste is subtle spice, hints of sweetness. Light-bodied with a wet texture and average mouth-carbonation, Dia de Los Muertos Immortal Beloved Hefeweizen finishes with a soft, lingering sweetness.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Nearly clear, dark orange. Minimal head. Clove. Brown sugar. Light spice. Hint of ripe banana. Taste is light sweet. Some spicy dryness. Soft, light chew on the palate. Finishes spicy dry, with a sweetness on the close.

Bottle from Hy Vee in South Sioux City, NE. Pale orange pour - very slightly hazy. Getting banana and a hint of spice in the nose. Also getting a hint of tomato, but not enough to totally screw it up. Taste is okay as well. First reasonably drinkable beer I’ve had from this brewer.

Bottle from Pedmore Wines, Stourbridge. Cloudy - unsurprisingly - but a dirty orange so not the prettiest hefeweizen. Taste is muted orange with little in the way of finish but it is very smooth which makes it slip down easily. Better than the sum of its parts.

"Seems to be the one decent beer they brew. More than ample clovelike spices and ample fruitiness. Has both bubble gum and banana on the nose and palate. A little thin, but the flavor and aroma are pleasant enough to make this one NOT a waste of money - yay!!!"

Screw-top, 11.2 oz, best before 121814. Nose banana and bubblegum, slimy wheat, overly sweet. Pours rich golden with plenty of carbonation and a tight off-white head. Taste lightly tart and boozy, tons of the aforementioned overheated phenols and esters, wheat slime, light yeast. Light and airy body, crisp, not perfectly clean but does refresh. Clings pretty closely to style and honestly, I’ve had dozens of authentic German examples that were worse. Salud!

330ml brown bottle. Gold, hazy. Small sized white cap. Cloves, caramel sweetness and bananas in the aroma. Taste has caramel, banana, yeast, a bit sweet. Aftertaste has caramel, bit of yeast. Pretty plain hefe, not that impressive.
