UPDATED: NOV 17, 2013 11.2 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, deep orange; nice creamy off-white head (actually it looks quite nice). Aroma of caramel, malts and some nice hops, a bit floral but OK. Taste is a bit spicy, caramel some hops, nice beer, easy to drink and perhaps not bad at all.

Bottle from Ales by Mail. Clear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and weird fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 190415

Bottle in a mixed case from the Woodland CostCo. Pours dark copper with a slight off-white head. Aroma is a bit odd - hop, but something suggesting sweet as well. Med body or better. Flavor has a coffee/toffee candy aspect, but it is dry and it is bitter. Drinkable, arguably sessionable, but the unusual flavor may work against it.

Poured from 12oz bottle into a Pilsner glass. Much darker than expected, nice mahogany brown color with moderate size white head. Faint smell of fruitiness. Nice flavor and mild effervesces in mouth. Not overly hoppy or bitter with nice smoothness at finish. One of the best pale ales

Bottle 330ml sourced from ales by mail. Poured a dark amber colour. Clear. Creamy coloured, short living head. Malty aroma. Taste is malty, caramel, bitter and subtly spicy. More characteristics of an amber than a pale. Lacks flavour. Lacks love. Not an exciting beer. Nice artwork though.

33cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. A surprising find! A golden amber pour with a billowing cream head; sweet, nutty, malt aroma; rich malty caramel body; with the faintest whaft of herbal hops in the finish.

bottle at Zamas, Tulum , Mexico. not as bad as expected, run of the mill pale but way better than a pacifico or corona. British Pale ale, earthy, light weeds & floral notes, caramel malt backbone. OK

Bottle: Hazy, red-orange with a tall, light beige head. Bready caramel and orange scent. Taste is orange malt, iron, bread-heel.... Sweet, but with a metallic bitter....tastes old, but it’s not. Earthy... Just ok.
