COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
First, there were the teasers, the rascals and the mischief makers : real little devils. Eccentric to the very tip of their horns, the Diabolici® were born in a mash tub which they consider to be the most precious source in the world. To honour their origins, these jokers have brought out the secret recipe for their much loved liquid : a demonic beer in the image of their lively and quirky spirit. This artisanal beverage, the fruit of a jealously guarded ancestral recipe, has a thousand and one tricks up its sleeve : sometimes amusing, sometimes lively, it all depends ! Beware of appearances : even the most daring have their breath taken away by this beer. Today this beer has found recognition within the Finest Beer Selection®, which is perpetuating its spread. From one inn to the next, Diabolici is extolled throughout the year. Whoever drinks it will also be imbued with malice. Diabolici® asserts its Triple Blonde character of high fermentation and bottle refermentation. It contains 8% alc./vol. and continues to bear the name of its creators, who bewitch the minds of those who are merrily drinking it. This legendary elixir is worthy of a magical world and is a legacy of our popular mythology. Having been brewed since the beginning of time at the gates of hell, the exquisite Diabolici® is the familiar and impish companion of our festive evenings. It is to be sampled with mischievousness in its exclusive chalice glass ! A genuine moment of truly magical flavour and quality.

On tap at L’Estaminet, Verdun, and served in a gimmick cone glass. Slightly cloudy golden colour, dense but thin white head. Sweet aroma, standard blonde malt flavour. Average but not bad.

Good "bière blonde" with a light and usual aroma (as the palate), but a really great appearance (golden amber one). In fact, we’re in front of a nice, but very usual beer.

Een blond bier met niet veel geur aan en de smaak is ook niet zo uitzonderlijk. Niks speciaals

the aroma is malty and fruity with shades of vanilla... the taste is bright with notes of apples, toffee and yeast... slight hopping... sweet and dry aftertaste... good ale...

Cerveza de aroma dulzón. Color amarillo anaranjado con mucha burbuja. Sabor amargo y regusto áspero. Cerveza que promete más de lo que es.

Strong blonde around which John Martin’s fabricated a story about devils, a clear reference to Duvel, the standard in this particular style with which they are apparently trying to compete. Moussy, snow white, creamy head, bright golden blonde colour. Grainy aroma with sour apples, grapefruit, iron, grass, honey; taste a rounded fruitiness, bit corn-like, not too elegant sweetishness, metallic (maybe from a foam stabilising agent?), grainy, grassy finish with mild hop bitterness. Not even close to Duvel, if you must compare.

A pale yellow colour with a good head and adequate lacing. There is nothing spectacular about the aroma or taste, very ordinary to be honest.

Golden color, with slightly turbid bubbly white foam. Yeasts on the aroma with some fruity malty notes. Sweet and alcoholic taste. Nothing special on this one.
