Dogtown Brown is a tribute to North Little Rock. Embrace what others throw at you Ė itíll make you stronger. So it is with our Brown Ė taking a style more common to ales, we created a Brown but done with a lighter, lager yeast. With notes of malty chocolate, our Brown is something sweet, something smooth and mighty drinkable.

As for one appreciating brown ales, I loved this. Bought a growler of it. Nice dark color. Holds a nice head. Not too bitter. Smells simple. Nice carmel, light chocolate taste. Slightly nutty. I really enjoyed this.

Pours a ruby red color. Nice mocha colored head that lingers well. Great lacing. Slightly cloudy appearance.

Smells of toffee maybe. Woodsy. Fruity. I canít quite describe it. But itís nice. I like it.

Taste is toffee, nutty. Itís bitter on the front, and slightly bitter at the end. Itís different. Itís good. Iím not really picking up a whole lot of cofee, but there is some caramel, or maybe honey.

Itís so very smooth, and bold. Itís also creamy. Itís remarkable really. Iíd also say that ís drinkable. Itís rare to find all of that in a beer. Itís a medium-light mouthfeel. Itís hard to describe really, because thereís so much going on there.

Overall, itís great. Ba da ba ba bah, Iím loving it! My backyard brewer, knocking it out of the park. Good job! But seriously though, itís better than I expected.

Light body, but with enough grainy sweet malt to get the job done. Solid brown. Would drink again if handed to me

On tap. Creamy aroma with peanuts and some red fruit. Almost crystal clear orangish amber under an off-white, lacy ring. Delicate brown sugar and peanut flavour with a touch of raisin and tobacco and a gentle bitterness that is in balance with a dry finish. Medium light body, medium carbonation, clean finish.
