COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Hoppy Pale Ale. This ale is patterned after the strong, hoppy beers brewed in the northwest. Brewed with numerous hop varieties and hop additions, this beer is sure to please craft beer lovers. Our IPA has more hops (about 60 IBU's), more malt and also a bit more alcohol (about 5% ABW) than our other beers, so enjoy in moderation. Happy Holidays!

Sampled at Flying Saucer in Little Rock. Pours about the same color as a pale ale. Aroma is fairly hoppy - generic citrusy american hop aroma. Taste is quite a bit less hoppy than western US IPAs. Taste is smooth, with hops that are somewhat reminiscent of bubblegum/lemon/lemongrass. Decent.
