COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In celebration of the opening of the Clinton Presidential Library, Diamond Bear Brewing Company introduced its seasonal beer, Presidential IPA. This in beer terms is a "big beer" with lots of flavor. This India Pale Ale has a rich copper color and full body which delivers exceptional body, balanced by a high hop rate. This beer has great aroma with generous amounts of cascade hops to stimulate all of the senses. This is truly a beer fit for a head of state!

Pretty basic IPA not too biter, doesn’t leave much after taste. If other IPA’s sent you running scared this brew might help restore you faith

Sampled on draft. Poured a clear amber/gold color with a two finger off white head. The aroma was earthy, with floral and caramel malt notes. The flavor was caramel malt based, with a citrus/floral finish. Not quite as bitter as I like them.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a cloudy light amber with off-white head. Aroma of some caramel, malt, faint floral. Flavor of malt, some caramel, little hop flavor and small hop bitter. Mouth feel has a medium body with high carbonation. Overall, tastes like a basic IPA.....needs more bitter.

12-oz. Thanks, Headbanger and Hopscotch! You guys rock for hooking me up. Pours cloudy medium amber with a dense, creamy, short-lived tannish head. Peachy, apricotty nose, with a bit of doughy malts and citric sourness there along with them. Creamy medium body. Nicely placed carb. Very smooth and drinkable. Doughy malts, citrus, peach, and apricot on the mid-palate. Mildly sour finish.

Poured out of a bomber from the brewery thanks to Butters. Pours a mostly clear amber color with a thin white head. Has a tangy orange aroma. Taste was actually pretty mild for 7.3%. I would prefer it to be a bit thicker but does have a crisp hop finish. Easy drinker .

Trade thanks to Andrew. This was dominated by diacetyl which obviously gave the beer buttery flavor and aroma. In fact it was so overpowering that the hops were hard to detect. Maybe a bad batch? Anyways, still wasn’t terrible...
