Amber red, beige, dirty white, rocky head. Aroma is some grassy, herbal spiciness, typical bread, toast and caramel. Taste is buttery caramel, toasty with a good grassy hop bite in the finish.

Oct 23, 2009 Bottle. Dark amber to nearly gold colored brew with a thin off white head. The nose is sweet and grainy with hints of caramel and fall leaves. There is a little hint of bologna. The taste is largely cereal grains with a hint of caramel. There is a dry finish to this brew. Overall, not bad, it’s just a little light. This Rocktoberfest does not rock.

Feb 27, 2009 Bottle courtesy of BMan1113VR: Pours a transparent copper amber with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet toasty caramel malts with some graininess. Body has good fullness and sweetness throughout with a touch of noble bittering hops before a drier bittersweet finish. A good attempt at the style, but could be a little smoother and more balanced.

Feb 8, 2009 Pours gold with a thin white head. Smells malty and sweet. Tastes biscuity with a nice breaddy finish.

Dec 12, 2008 12oz last of my trade with BMan1113VR. Pours orange with a tan head. Nose is sweet light and malty. Taste is ok, bit of caramel here and there, just ok, not amazing, not terrible.
