LiebeBier (745), Annapolis, Maryland, USA Apr 21, 2008 Bottle - I suspected this beer was brewed for those Bud drinkers wishing to try a microbrew. Thin, fizzy and very boring. The best thing about this beer is that it has no bad flavor at all.
Poobah (71), New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Oct 12, 2008 Poured a light golden color with a thin head that lasts as a ring. Malty and grassy nose, with some sweetness tucked in there . Somewhat maly intro, plenty of carbonation noticeable in the mouth, with a barely sweet and hoppy, floral finish. A little watery. The finish seems to be the best part. A good beer for the summer but not their best offering. unclemattie (1662), Georgia, USA Oct 11, 2008 12oz bottle. Golden color. smells like a handful of malted barley just before you throw it in the brew. Flavor of a whole grain bread, hop extract, and some lemon tartness. Light bodied, Crisp hop character, unmilled grain notes. ATLBeerDog (233), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Oct 11, 2008 From a 12 ounce bottle - Pours a clear light pale yellow. Below average carbonation, and almost no lacing. Smells of honey and mild malts. First sip is surprisingly balanced with just enough of a malt bodied. Not too sweet, not too bitter. On a whole not too bad. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Sep 23, 2008 12oz bottle-pours a rich white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is husky/musty-sweet grain/light malt, some continental hops-lemon/grassy. Taste is husky/musty-sweet grain/light malt, some continental hops-lemon/grassy, with some bite although a metallic finish. Nice crisp medium body. OK carbonation. Thanks Russ Powell. unclemike (379), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA Aug 28, 2008 A surprise. The aroma, being almost non-existent, led me to think that the taste would be missing as well. But I’ve never tasted a beer exactly like this one, it’s like a really good lager beer. Not much head either. The mouthfeel is a bit thick too. Strange beer, but not bad.
