courtesy of oh6gdx - cloudy green beer with a little long lasting foam; slightly earthy with light herbal notes; fizzy and medium-bodied, short watery earthy finish - this must be a joke ...

Finwe (195) - Grankulla, FINLAND - MAR 20, 2011
Draught @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Clear green with a thick, white head. Scent of malt with some fruity hues. Malty, a bit sweet flavour with some hops. Soft palate. Colour reminds of dish washing agent but taste is that of some undistinguished Belgian ale.

Pours artificial green with a medium light green head. Aroma is malts and artificial flavor. Flavor is much of the same except more artificial. Interesting but nothing special.

Draught@Bruuveri. Mint liqueur green color, light green head. Yikes. Malty aroma with a hint of fruit. I expected dishwashing liquid, but it ended up being a reasonably decent, normal beer kind of taste. Medium body, medium carbonation. My brain still hurts when I try to drink this, though.

Draught @William K. Pours Pisamg Ambon green color with a small head. Aroma is mostly grass and sweetish malts. Flavour sweet and hoppy. Aftertaste was bit dry. Not really to my liking.

austone (1062) - Turku; Pori, FINLAND - MAY 29, 2009
Draught at Mallaskukko, Turku. Bright deep green, small pale greenish head. Actually looks kinda lovely. Sweetish, sugary nose, light Smurf-soda articifial pear and banana, very simple and mellow. Flavor has little grainy malts, hint of banana and cellar, dull bitterness. Very soft mouthfilling palate. Very mild belgian ale, it’s just another gimmick.

(Draught at Punavuoren Ahven on 2008-04-16) Cloudy beer with green colour and white smallish head. Yeast and a little bit sourness in nose. The taste contains yeast and malt, and also some hops. I cannot find any hints of grass-like taste.

draught keg at OpusK Lohja Color: mint green or dish washing liquid lasting thick head and lace, fizzy. Scent:grassy, bit sour Taste: too c-o-l-d at beginning, grassy no hops, quite short aftertaste but pleasant later on when warmed up enough

sayravai (4548) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 20, 2008
(Draught@Pullman) Clear, scary green with a white, lasting and lacy head. Aroma is mix of sweetish bock maltiness, and belgian fruity blonde yeastiness. Very fruity flavor with typical diamond yeastiness and some gingery spices. Medium-bodied, somewhat carbonated, but refreshing palate. Sure, it looks scary, but underneath lies a quite nice and refreshing, fruity ale.

(6-3-5-2-9=2.5) Keg (Punavuoren Ahven, Helsinki)
Green, healthy tight head (also green, says Anna). Sweet fruity aroma, malty, rip apple. Tastes of tinned tomatoes. Quite refreshing, but maybe watery. As I swirl to flatten it, it becomes more vegetal, but also toffee-ee. Some liquorice in the finish.

Keg (Gallows Bird, Espoo, St. Patrick’s Day) Fortunately I’m colour-blind, and this only looks a bit odd rather than vastly different. Definite grassy aroma. Taste too is grassy hops and something a bit odd with the sweet malts too, a bit harsh.
