0,33l bottle. Thick Beige head. Dark red, cloudy colour. Sweet aroma of berries and roasted malt and yeast. Rich flavour of roasted malts and apricot. Sweetness of the aroma doesn’t continue on the flavour.. aftertaste is bitter. Sadly, I can’t distinguish cinnamon from this.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber colour with a medium good lasting beige head leaving fair lazing. The aroma is spiced (mainly cinnamon), with liquorice, roasted malt and some dark fruits. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is spiced and bitter-sweet with liquorice, roasted malt, caramel and hops. Well lasting spiced mildly roasty finish.

Bottel from Tbone_. Dark brown color. Apricot, lychee, cinnamon and coreander in the aroma. Sweet and spicy flavor with raisin. Medium bodied. Short, just a bit sugary aftertaste. Decent.

(Bottle, thanks oh6gdx) Pours dark red. Strong spicy aroma with herbal tea, clove, cinnamon and cardamom. Fruity notes of oranges, lemon and citric peels. Malt are notable, most caramel and a light roast, but no hops in the aroma thanks to the spices. Spicy flavour with a lingering spicy aftertaste. Some citrus notes with a light sour touch. A light roastiness is also present. Rather soft mouthfeel, but the tiny sourness brings it down a bit. Light bitter and light sweet. Medium body. Ok.

(330ml bottle) Spicy, cinnamon aroma. Brownish, blur appearance with a nice foam. Firm and caramellish aroma which lasts long. Pretty full and good palate with a slighty dry taste. I liked this beer which I get from my friend, hopefully this beer lands in Finland again in the next christmas!

Bottled. Cloudy nut brown. Medicinal spicy nose. Sweet with raw sugary mouthfeel. Lots of medicinal herbs on top of a standard de Proef golden ale with it’s banana character. Bitter wormwood-like finish.

330ml bottle. Not an ideal sauna beer, but we had no choice. (Tasted with Tranquility). The light aroma is welcome, but the floweriness is perhaps out of place. Odd taste, hard to categorise. Not bad, but not great either.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2007 Bottled. Extremely compact and adherent head, optimal resistance and total duration. "Dirty" brown color, hazy and with light fizz. Unusual and complex aroma; notes of cinnamon, spices, nutmeg, withered flowers and clear mildew. Dry fruity taste, smooth carbonation. Thanks to mabjork for this beer.

Dark brown, near black colored. Medium sized beige head. Licorice, chocolate, spiciness with cinnamon in aroma, some berry tones also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is more vinous with obvious licorice and again this cinnamon spiciness. Aftertaste is somehow sour with cripy palate, licorice and yeast.

Good brownish head, dark and hazy deep red appearance. Aroma is very sweet with clear cinnamon. Quite christmasy but not very beer-like. Reminds me of "glögg". The flavor is much better than the aroma. Slightly spicy, fresh, very malty. Pretty good overall.
