Cask at elliott bay pizza. Pours a murky dark brown with loose bubbly whitish head. Nose of...apple jacks. Toasty nutty sweet and fruity breakfast cereal and saturday morning cartoons. Creamy flat medium casky dasky body. Breakfast cereal mid palate...surprisingly delicious. Long spicy sweet finish. Gorgeous beer.

Cask, Caskfest. Light orange pour with a small white head. Honestly, this tasted and smelled exactly like Apple Jacks cereal to me. There’s a little hop bitterness on the finish, but it’s pretty muted. Very odd experience. Not bad, but it was a touch watery.

Taster – 2009 Washington Cask Beer Festival- Seattle, WA
Aroma: Strong apple and Cinnamon aroma with light malt backing.
Appearance: Golden in color, hazy with a thin head.
Flavor: Huge apple and cinnamon flavor the beer was over taken with the fruit and spice. The malt was light and bittering very light also.
Palate: Dry fruity finish, with a good spicy cinnamon Mouthfeel.
Overall: This was a very interesting brew and I had to try it. Wow what a Beergasim this was.
