Draft at the front st. Pours a cloudy medium gold with yellow edges. Loose filmy white head. Banana on the nose. Watery medium body, too little carb. Banana and a bit of clove on the mid palate. The hef and wit recipes seem to have gotten crossed up somewhere along the line. Not knocking it points for that, just rating the pleasure of drinking it as is. But it does seem misclassified.

(Draught) Pours a cloudy pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, orange peel, light smoke, rye, and banana. Flavor of wheat, coriander, and lemon.

On tap @ the brewpub. Pours opaque straw with hues of lemon wedge and thin bright white head. The muted orange peel and coriander show up in the nose along with a mild note of wheat. Overall it has a timid aroma. The taste start with orange peel, a mild pulse of tart lemon, banana and bubble gum. Wheat and coriander spice also surface toward midway and into the finish. The 7% ABV isn t noticed at all other than maybe a light fruity ester note showing up here and there.
