I’m a fan of Diamond Knot, I don’t like being presumptuous, but this beer looks boring. I’ve only seen it and I already know it’s going to be boring - now I hate those comments but I can’t help myself right now. Oh...boring aroma too - mild hop aroma, smells lightly of honey or light graininess. Oh...tastes boring - light hops, light malt. This is never bad, never funky, well balanced and well crafted just very predictable, and very....boring. Perfect for the beer hating beer drinker.

Golden as the name implies, dirty white head. Kind of a grainy, cereal middle, and a pilsnery, clean finish.

Light tan; faint aroma; woody cascades mixes with a nice pale malt character. Hints of toasty amber malts work well. Light but well-balanced, refreshing.

Faint hop nose. Light malt taste, very antiseptic

Buttery and green apple aroma with a little twang of hops. A watery flavor with an almost sour but mostly bitter finish. Golden in color thin head.
