bomber 12/29/10. clear yellow golden color with a sticky white head and some foamy lacing left on the glass. aromas of pale malt, caramel, earthy spice, savory something or other, citrus, wood and subtle pine. the flavor is pretty much the same only a little sweet with a mildly bittered finish. earth, spice, lots of wood and citrus linger in the aftertaste. the mouth feel is clingy... leaves a sort of phlegmy feel in the back of the throat. 7/3/6/3/14.

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy golden orange with an average, frothy and bubbly white head, medium-long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is moderate malt (meal, cereal, biscuit), heavy hops (floral, citrus, earthy), and average fruity esters. Flavor is moderate hop bitterness with grassy, earthy, and citrus flavors. A underlying malt flavor supports the hops nicely, with very little residual sweetness. Finish is dry. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation.

22oz Bomber. Poured a hazy copper medium slightly creamy head. Nose was citrusy hops and crystal malt. Strong on both malt and citrus hops. Kinda watery body lingering bitter finish. Better than Black Diamonds Jagged Edge but nothing to write home about

Very mild, very smooth drinking IPA. Not as "hoppy" as one would expect. Still, well balanced and decent.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet buttery nose, malty with a citrusy hop note. Medium body, fairly sweet fruit and malt with a perfumy hoppiness. Ends dry but not overly hoppy. Luckily the diacetyl seemed an aroma thing only. 230711
