On tap at Brouwer’s Bog Wood. Pours a cloudy orange with a small creamy white head. Aroma of celery, light citrus fruits and oak. Flavour the same, bu slightly boozy. An odd mixture of flavours and not very well balanced, but interesting nonetheless.

On tap at Brouwer’s for Big Wood, pours an opaque caramel / chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma of celery (?), oak, muted citrus hops and caramel. Flavour is a jumbled mix of flavours - celery, other vegetable qualities, oak, vanilla, caramel and maple syrup. Very strange mix of flavours that seems like this was a random experiment gone wrong. Not good.
