Cask at the brewpub Brown color, no head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, ancho peppers, a bit dusty. Good caramel flavor, with light chocolate, light residual sweetness, and evident but not exaggerated chili flavor, with light hotness/spiciness. Correct bitterness. Overall, a very good chili beer, balanced, tasty, with some chocolate; one of the best I had.
