Black. Cream head. Excellent roast aroma. Lightly biter. Lasting finish. Good but lacking a certain depth.

Black opaque, good head retention. Nose of port, butterscotch, caramel & faint roast. Very creamy & full bodied mouth feel.

Sampeld @ brewery. Dark brown. roasty and buttery flavor, light but rough. Gritty burnt malts flavor, light finish of nuts. Buttery chocolate malt nose. Simple porter, with some smoked malt flavor as well.

Clear dark-red body with creamy beige head, nice lacing. Medium sweet, roasty, coffee, molasses. Taste is moderately sweet, molasses, caramel, roasty, coffee. Finish is coffee bitter. Smooth, medium body.

Crisp and dry, and maybe a taste of chickory? I wasn't quite sure. Dry, almost tart finish.

Nito : Deep brown with creamy light brown head.Rosted coffee nose. Rosted flavor with hints of coffee and chocolate.

Very dark brown. Roasty aroma w/ some dark fruit. Slighty thin and astringent coffee-roast palate. Some toasty notes, dry finish Overattenuated.

Like the brown, just stronger. Fine head (thick) that laces beautifully. Strong coffee and chocolate aromas. Dry start and bitter finish notes of chocolate and coffee. Very Guiness like. More stout like than porter.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2003 Absolutely luscious. I honestly can't think of a porter I would rather drink. Well ok, maybe Full Sail Imperial.
