omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 22, 2006 Updated: Mar 31, 2006Draught (nitro) at the brewpub. Black, creamy nitro head. Vague chocolate aroma. Fairly dry with clean creamy mouthfeel. The nitro weaves a layer around the flavours, making sure nothing interesting is allowed to reach your tastebuds. I get to sense traces of chocolate and other interesting stuff, but all is so vague that it’s no fun. Oakes (6819), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jul 3, 2005 Very dark brown colour with cream-coloured nitro head. Slight roast notes in the scant aroma. Very malty character. Smooth body. Slight coffee and nuttiness but otherwise just a lot of sweet pale malt character. BückDich (4525), Boise, Idaho, USA Nov 18, 2004 Nitro: Creamy head & mouth feel. Nose of light cream & chocolate, some smoke. Fairly watered down by the nitro but good. Standard Guinness clone. JorisPPattyn (4262), Antwerpen, Belgium Apr 18, 2006 Draught Near black; thick beige head. Very little nose, nothing more than the nitrokeg smell and some obvious roasted malts. Sweet for a stout, rather light. Very creamy, smooth MF, (the nitro) but very little going on behind it. Disappointing. This is a brewery that does great light beers, but struggles in the "beefier" ones. jcwattsrugger (3793), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Nov 5, 2007 on nitro-pours a retaining tan head with loots of lacing and black color. Aroma is dark malt. Taste is dark malt, dry, faint hops. Medium body.
