draft at mukilteo. pours a slightly cloudy golden brown amber with a dense and fizzy white head. lots of eggy rings of lace coming down the sides. mild herbal hop nose with pleasant caramel undertones...distinct and dimensional aromatics, but you kinda have to get your nose in there, its not super powerful. creamy medium body with wooly carb, almost fizzy. caramel and herbal notes all over the mid palate. washes into a pleasant piney finish, crisp and hoppy and dry without much bite or bitterness. very easy drinking nice beer.
