2011 Seattle Beer Week – Back n Black – Brouwers Café
Dark Brown in color, with a thin tan head. Rich dark roast malt aroma light berry in the nose. Flavors Dark malt with a light berry flavor. This was like a dark chocolate mixed with berries. Super dry finish with light hints of fruit. Nice brew I think it missed the mark with the fruit part.
