COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paasbier is produced in Belgium with our brewmaster’s special easter recipe. Fruity and malty taste makes it refreshing.

courtesy of oh6gdx - opaque dark amber-brown colour under a giant foamy beige head; perfect lacing; aroma of apples, pineapples and yeast; creamy and soft, characterless mouthfeel; a bit sweet, a little bit bitter, nothing really special; the light fruity tones show up again in a short yeasty finish

The taste sure is good, but Diamond seems to have severe problems with making watery beer. Too bad. This had potential to be yet another favourite.

330 ml bottle. Rated @ 22.2.2010.
Pours a brown colour with a lasting off-white head. Weak on the nose with medium sweetness. Same on the flavour too; caramel, bread and citrus. Light bodied with watery mouthfeel. Average.

Pours clear amber with a thick, longlasting white head; berryish and exotic fruity, yeasty spicy and slightly caramelish aroma is also a bit metallic; flavor is sweet malty and caramelish, fruity, yeasty and spicy in the finish along with moderate hop bitterness; light-medium body, high carbonation.

Aroma: Malt, fruit, yeast. Taste: belgian yeast, fruit, banana. Dry. High carbonation. Ok. The taste reminds me of biere de garde

Bottled. Murky brown, frothy pale head. Messy aroma with mild old apple, metal, yeast, sugary notes, something similar with kotikalja. Sugary and murky flavor, lots of yeast, little fruitiness, can’t really get a grib of anything. Light to medium bodied, average foaming carbonation. Not too inspired, just mellow candi sugar and yeastiness.

This is the Amber Paas, Finnish company with a Belgium produced easter beer. Hazy copper color with a really thick, frothy offwhite head that slowly falls away leaving some frothy islands on the inside of the glass. Sweet and fruity aroma. Very light flavor, not comparable with the aroma. Fleeting touch of malt, dried fruit and caramel.

Bottle, 4.5%. Very slow gusher. Sweet malt and yeast aroma. Cloudy amber/orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite yeasty, some malt, hint of spice. A bit thin, but quite nice still.
