330ml Bottle- Amber/copper coloured with a smal head. Fruity aroma with raisins, plums and some mild spicy notes. Fruity and malty taste but the fruity elements dominate. Raisins, plums and dates along with a pleasing malty and mildly spicy finish. Not bad for the strength.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Steely (241) - , SWEDEN - APR 11, 2009
This is the Amber Paas, Finnish company with a Belgium produced easter beer. Hazy copper color with a really thick, frothy offwhite head that slowly falls away leaving some frothy islands on the inside of the glass. Sweet and fruity aroma. Very light flavor, not comparable with the aroma. Fleeting touch of malt, dried fruit and caramel.

Pours clear amber with a thick, longlasting white head; berryish and exotic fruity, yeasty spicy and slightly caramelish aroma is also a bit metallic; flavor is sweet malty and caramelish, fruity, yeasty and spicy in the finish along with moderate hop bitterness; light-medium body, high carbonation.
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Tranquillity (1373) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 13, 2006
Bottle. Grassy yeast in the aroma, which actually reminds me of a lager. Lovely golden brown colour, with bubbles emancing from the bottle of the glass. Extremely thick foam, looks like clouds! Not very strong taste, some caramel, quite bitter finish. Unfortunately it tastes a bit alcoholic.

Dark coppery colored, hazy appearance with medium sized beige head. Toffee, yeast and spices in rather thin aroma. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Flavor is lemony with mild spices and yeast, dry aftertaste lasts with some toffee.

Aroma is redolent with yeast then reveals some mild spiciness and hints of caramel malt. Body is a rich dark amber and olds a ridiculously Belgian-like head that is a full 3 fingers thick, though bubbly and white. Very plain foretaste is followed by some slightly toasty breadiness, yeast and the slightest hint of apple and spice. It’s not good per se, but interesting enough to have me looking forward to the 6.5% version.
