Dickens Dry Perry

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This was our first venture into Perry (Pear Cider) production, we used Packham and Williams Pears fully fermented before blending, with a secondary fermentation in bottle.
Displaying a mild spritz and a soft haze. Fresh pear with hints of hops on the nose. The palate follows with a soft acid and a rich pear fruit flavour. Semi-Sweet.
