Jul 25, 2004 (draft) Clear mahogany body; beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, roasty, caramel, light coriander. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, orasty, cinnamon, and an unidentified spice that evokes childhood treat. Medium body. Very nice beer.

Jul 16, 2007 Bottled (thanks kenb). Dark amber colour, not much head. Aroma is malts, caramel, dry grass and some slight earthyness. Flavour is sour fruits, yeast, earth and slight hints of leather.
