Feb 3, 2003 Well first of all this beer looks like Budweiser with less carbonation. It has a bland taste and lacks flavor. I'll definitely pass on this beer again.

Jan 15, 2003 You know, the ratings on the site are creeping towards 150,000 and I"m not sure this beer deserves that honorable spot. This is yet another beer I"ve sampled from Dick"s that tastes rather similar to its namesake. (There"s a whole realm of bad humor I am not even about to begin exploring.) I"m traditionally not a fan of blondes, and this is no exception; to begin with, this is way overcarbonated (tastes kind of like tonic water). There are hops in the aroma, but where the hell are they in the flavor? It"s a bit bitter, but I can"t taste much of anything through the metallic flavor from the carbonation. I"ve always had a problem with ordering hot dogs from a restaraunt called Dick"s, but this brewery is creating an association problem for me with their beer as well.
