| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 7, 2004 Dark dark ruby. Some chocolate in the nose, some light milky sourness as well. Creamy mouthfeel. Sweet smooth straightforward maltiness. Low (but present) roast character. Slick on the tongue Finish dries out with alcohol. Tastes like a big oatmeal stout, rather than an imperial. BierBauch (656), Cape Coral Waterfront Wonderland, Florida, USA
