COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pale ale hopped to the extreme! This beer starts out as a nice pale ale until it reaches the kettle. Throughout the course of the 90 minute boil four massive hop additions are made which transform this beer into a hop-head's dream come true. Both Chinook and Tomahawk hops from the Yakima valley are added in extreme quantities for the maximum bitterness, flavor and aroma.

Pretty hard to find taste in an ipa. Very enjoyable. Has a very good after taste as well ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One of the worst IPA’s I’ve had in a long time. Bottle was incredibly over-carbonated, took 5 minutes to pour. Had a light clear copper hue. Hops very dry but not very bitter. Skip this one, I wish I did.

A: Golden-amber body. Thick off-white head quickly receded leaving some light lacing. S: Light citrus-pine hop notes. Semi-sweet caramel malts. Subtle, but nice. T: The citrus and pine hop bitterness gets drowned out by sweet caramel malt at times, diminishing the flavor profile slightly. M: Solid, medium bodied brew. Good carbonation levels and a clean, bitter finish. O: A good all around IPA... more reminiscent of east coast IPAs than a west coast brew. The malt presence is a slight hindrance.

Tried this one because I like their Grand Cru, Imperial Red, ad Scottish ales, and because my buddy dislikes this beer. Since we often disagree, I thought it might have potential. I was wrong. In an age of wonderfully interesting IPAs, this one comes off as lacking in aroma, taste, and palate. Like so many IPAs that i do not like, this one was all about, and only about, bitterness. Boring. Will not be giving this one another chance.

Bottle. Pours a nice orange with a medium head and aromas of lemony citrus and a little grassy herbal edge. Flavor is similar. It’s a little underpowered for an IPA in my book, but is still a very nice and clean beer.

Bomber. Pours a solid orange highlighted golden color with lots of active carbonation and massive sea foam head. The aromatic notes are predominately barley malt and yeast with a little bit of apricot and citrus. The taste has a much more noticeable hops presence with primarily herbal and resiny flavors at the front along with some orange blossom honey and dried pineapple at the end. There’s also a subtle bready malt and yeast component in the background. The body has moderate carbonation with a clean, bitter finish and a slightly fruity aftertaste. The overall flavor needs a little more hops bitterness and caramel malt to balance out the fruity sweetness.

On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours an amber orange color with an off-white foam head. An aroma of grapefruit, pine, and caramel. Sweet caramel taste with a smooth hop hit. Resiny bite on backend.
