12 oz. bottle pour yielded a heavily bitter IPA. This brew features a very dry floral aroma, but lacks the balance characterisic of typical imperial IPAs. However, the clarity, head retention and notable lacing illustrates the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail of this ale’s brewer. Flavor was dry and grapefruit like. Not as deep or complex as other IPAs in this class. Overall, this is an average quality IPA, one which could easily be enjoyed with some hot dogs at a summer picnic.

hazy coppery brown pour with a nice creamy head - excellent fruity aroma with a citrusy ’kick’ - taste is of oranges/sweet grapefruit with a slight caramelized taste and lots of malt. Not a lot of bittering although it does leave a peppery aftertaste. The lingering aftertaste is similar to eating a hop infused fresh orange. The bittering agents could definitely stand to be more complex in this beer.

[1310-20080418] 1pt6floz bottle. Malty hopped up citrus and tangerine juice aroma. Hazy, medium orange brown body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Super bitter citrus hops and heavy malt flavour. Bitter bitter medium body. Wow that’s bitter!

Bottle. Pours very nice, cloudy golden yellow with big dense head and great lacing. Noise is okay, hops, pin, a bit of malt and citrus. Taste is fruity and malty sweet, not what i want in an IPA really. finishes okay.

Its most impressive characteristic is, without doubt, its appearance. It all goes down hill from there. Nice 2-inch fluffy white head and burnt orange color. Decent carbonation. Flavor is overly bittered and lingers on the palate. There isn’t anything to add balance.

This one poured a copper colorwith a faint perfume and orange aroma. The flavor is rather malty for an IPA with just a hint of bitterness. Some oranges and lemons in the flavor. Overall nothing wrong with it but nothing to make you hoop and holler. I will also refrain from "dick" jokes

Pours a transparent copper orange with a frothy, spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty pale malty with some caramel notes and a touch of piny hops. Starts with a full carbonation and lightly sweet pale malt flavor with a crisp grapefruity bittering hoppy presence. A decent IPA, but could use a little more balance.
