COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pale ale hopped to the extreme! This beer starts out as a nice pale ale until it reaches the kettle. Throughout the course of the 90 minute boil four massive hop additions are made which transform this beer into a hop-head's dream come true. Both Chinook and Tomahawk hops from the Yakima valley are added in extreme quantities for the maximum bitterness, flavor and aroma.

Aroma of citrus, and perhaps floral, hop. Amber color with an off-white head that laced a bit. Starts with medium body, mild carbonation, and floral hop to die for. The finish is nicely bitter. Forgot to notice the malt, but on reflection it was there. The effect is to make the mouth want to stand up and dance. It is drinkable liquid hop. More so than some so-called DIPAs. As the label says, refreshingly bitter.

Poured a medium and slightly cloudy amber with a smaller sized off white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit and light oranges. Tastes of mainly grapefruit (very one dimensional). Medium bitter with a thin body.
