COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Classic amber ale Dick’s style. Large portions of two special lightly roasted malts contribute a deep maltiness to this very drinkable ale. The bittering hop addition is designed to achieve a perfect balance: not bitter-not sweet-just right.

Very interesting ale. Lightly hopped with a strong grain presence: charred wheat, almost lemongrassy - like in Thai food. The grains are definitely smokey and a bit bitter in themselves. The malt concoction I can only assume is some "mountain blend" (as in vegetation or yokel folk I'm not sure), although I'm not sure I was a huge fan of the flavor, the malt surely does peak my interest.

Very light aroma, light head but pretty reddish tones shining through. Very weak flavor, not bad, but very non-existant. Bland tasting medium grade ale.
