Commercial Description:
A mild, pleasant drinking ale with a touch of residual sweetness. Caramel and chocolate specialty malts are combined with premium northwest 2-row malted barley to create a light amber colored wort. We add just enough hops for a delicate bitterness, subdued hop flavor and a nice aroma. Fermentation with our house yeast creates a nice English style ale which every beer drinker loves.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark gold with a thick heavy white head. No aroma. Has a vegetable-like flavor. Low in flavor hops. A very mild and boring beer,

pours a clear amber. Smells little hops and malt. the taste is grainy and has a fruit (apple?). This is a pleasant drink. The aftertaste is good. A great drink to enjoy for a lighter pale ale.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy medium amber color with an ample white head. Aroma is of citrus, and a tiny bit flowery. Good citrus taste with floral undertones. Good balance between hops and malt, with just a hint of sweetness. If you don’t care for an overly bitter pale ale, you might try this brew. I’d like to pair this beer with a traditional fried chicken dinner on a summer day.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of carmel, eartrhiness and light fruittiness. POalate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light earthiness and light fruittiness with a smooth moderatly bitter finish.

slight haze, dark gold, 2 finger head with largish bubbles. good light and full uk hop aroma. fair beer, honey sweetness, bitterness crescendos a bit too far and finishes a little sharp. there’s a little metallic edge throughout but i’d still happily drink plenty of this.

Pours cloudy amber with a sizabe off-white head. Lots of lacings. Very nice APA, hops leading the malts, slightly bitter finish. Middle of the road as far as hop level but a perfect APA for my palate. Recommended.
