COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lighter, refreshing Belgian-style ale. This mash consists of a small quantity of Munich and caramel malts for a light body and color. A larger percentage of wheat malt gives this beer it's crispness and drinkability. It is hopped sparingly for minimal bitterness and mellow hop flavor and aroma. We ferment with a classic Belgian yeast strain which gives this beer unique fruity esters.

Clear orange. Aroma of malt syrup, wheat, some spices, and a medicine smell. Flavor is light, not exactly to style, but not offensive. Light with some lemon and an oily wheat/chemical finish.

Gold to orange color, little or no head retention, which is kinda weird considering it's got some wheat in it.Slightly tart, light body with backtastes of apple pie spices and wheat and a hint of lime or lemongrass, with a small amount of "cellar character", shall we say. Not complex, but OK.

Dark golden in color (darker than most witbiers I've seen) with a ring of white bubbles (less carbonation too). Requisite strong bubblegum and banana aroma with a touch of spice (clove/corriander). I'm getting a faint solvent. Sweet and banana and bubblegum linger.

Slightly cloudy golen orange with a coriander?/herbal nose and then light citrus after some time. Mild herbal wheaty flavor with an alcoholic feel even though this is only a 5% brew. Mild sour wheat finish.

Can’t make up my mind on this one. It is certainly a quality beer, just not one of my favorite styles. The finish is way too acidic for my taste.

Medium straw gold color, slightly cloudy, small head. A Belgian style wheat beer. Slightly malty, some hoppyness. Nice malt flavor, smooth taste with the typical banana and clove flavor of a wheat beer. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet, very little bitterness.

Excellent ’Wit’ beer, hoppy and great bread dough flavors that make you want to drink another. Clean, crisp, very pleasant.
