Commercial Description:
Lighter, refreshing Belgian-style ale. This mash consists of a small quantity of Munich and caramel malts for a light body and color. A larger percentage of wheat malt gives this beer it's crispness and drinkability. It is hopped sparingly for minimal bitterness and mellow hop flavor and aroma. We ferment with a classic Belgian yeast strain which gives this beer unique fruity esters.

Yellow gold color with fizzy head & some lacing. The aroma has some light belgian qualities with a little hops & yeast. The flavor is mild with a light twig of wheat & alcohol. The finish is fruity, dry and a bit unsettling.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy golden / orange color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of fruitiness and spices. Tastes of spices, wheat, and fruity. Tastes were on the weaker side as was the body.
