Jun 8, 2004 Yellow gold color with fizzy head & some lacing. The aroma has some light belgian qualities with a little hops & yeast. The flavor is mild with a light twig of wheat & alcohol. The finish is fruity, dry and a bit unsettling.

Oct 17, 2007 12oz bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy golden / orange color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of fruitiness and spices. Tastes of spices, wheat, and fruity. Tastes were on the weaker side as was the body.
