COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light and refreshing Belgian-style ale, the mash includes a small quantity of Munich and caramel malts for a delicate body and pale color. A fair amount of top quality wheat malt gives this beer its crispness and drink-ability. It is hopped sparingly for minimal bitterness and mellow hop flavor and aroma. We ferment with a classic Belgian yeast strain which gives this beer unique fruity esters.

That Belgian golden ale aroma - yeast, some spice, stone fruit? Copper color with a white head that laces as it films. Thin to medium body. It’s clean. It has a little hop bitter. There is light spice. Maybe light clove. The finish, though, has a decent amount of hop. Overall it’s light and enjoyable.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured hazy golden color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate fruitand toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium acidic finish of moderate duration. My expectations where not met.
