Original Braurezeptur aus Kufstein. Bierspezialität aus Österreich. 8/ Metallerner Geruch. Es fällt am Anfang schwer, das Bier nicht mit Wasser zu verwechseln. Eine derartige Wässrigkeit ist selten, eine minimale Malzigkeit ist ab dem Mittelteil zu erkennen, im Nachgeschmack wird dieser richtig erkennbar. Dazu gesellt sich ein hopfiges Aroma – nun zumindest die Ansätze. Eine Schande, so ein Bier!

Flavor is moderate sweet with a long to average duration, herbs, cardboard, vegetables, grainy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110401]
