Way Die Yellow IPA isn’t moderate. Without caramelized malts, just honest and with a lot of hops! Just like an American IPA should be.

Excelente drinkability.

Pale yellow colour. Medium bubbled white head. Medium retention and some lacings left in the glass. Very malty and crispy beer. Notes of Maris Otter malts. Very herby and grassy hops. Dry taste. Moderate bitterness. An APA in IPA clothes :) [ BA Review @ 8/7/2014 ]

Smells good but not great, hops mixed with a little soap ones. The flavor is hoppy but less than the double American pale ale. A hint of butter. Not as good as it should. E, just too much butter.

On bottle at Empório Alto dos Pinheiros - EAP, Sao Paulo. BB date feb 2015. Aromas of hops, caramel, some fruitiness, malt- and some strange notes, (blood?). Medium body &complexity. Some sweetness- ok bitterness afterwards. Enjoyable

Bottle at Delerium Cafe in Rio de Janeiro. Nice little homage to Stone in the label here! Pours a bright clear gold with a lasting white head. Very piney aroma and flavour, white grapefruit too. Austere biscuit malts allow the hops full expression. A very nice surprise!
