Clear light yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, grain, hay, light light hoppy. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090930]

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Lots of hay and grain. Smooth with a dry end. Decent.

It’s slightly hazy golden with a white head and a weak flavour with notes of malt, grain and light celluloses. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, stra, grain, light fruit, and the finish is slightly dry.

Bottle, 4.8%. Fruity and dusty aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is bready at first, but there is a little dusty note to save it. Touch of alcohol in the finish, and quite clean. The finish is a lot better than the beginning.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, as well as lighter notes of bread and cardboard.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet grainy aroma with draff and shy notes of herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. A bit stale malty and slightly grainy taste, that leads to a bitter-sweet malty finish with traces of alcohol detectable. Not a very rounded brew (09.08.08).

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully diminished white head. Mild cornish aroma. Flavour is mild spiced and mild cornish to breadish. Semi dry and malty finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden with a white head. Clean and malty nose. Medium-bodied with sweetish clean malts and a lightly bitter finish. 030608
