| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 10, 2007 Having made a list of the various alt potentially available in case I come across them in supermarkets or kiosks, I was happy to stumble upon this one. Unfortunately, the regular Diebels is already pretty light and this seems to be a watered down version. Pale amber in colour, the head is just as small and departing as the regular. Timid grainy malts with the lightest caramelly undertones, though the flavor profile is surprisingly dry, but not necessarily hoppy. Lean bodied to the max and very carbonated. Poor, but clean and not metallic.
