Bottled from AC. Clear golden color with a quickly diminishing small white head. Hoppy nose. Aroma has hops and a bit grassy with some spices. Nice bitter flavour. Quite OK .

50cl bottle from Rewe, Dusseldorf. Poured golden color with a lacing white head. Aroma has sweet maltyness and grassy hops. Flavor has buttery notes,sweet malt and light bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel. OK pilsener.

Das Alt konnte mich nicht wirklich überzeugen, das Pils leider auch nicht. Kaum Schaum vorhanden, der Mittelteil wird vom CO2 geprägt. Im Nachgeschmack leicht wässrig und sehr hopfig, das ist noch das Beste an diesem Bier.

Pours pale golden with a amsll white head leaving some lace. Aroma is sweet malty, hoppy, floral and hay. Crisp acidy mouthfeel. Flavor is a bit sweet, malty and nicely hoppy. Thin hoppy palate. Finishes dry hoppy bitter.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Nice sharpish pils. Some lemon tones coming through. Decent.

Bottle- Beer has a nice golden color with a decent head. Had a good grainy pilsner aroma. The taste is a bit sweet and ends with just a bit bitterness. It has a medium body and goes down smooth & easy. Very drinkable and a good solid pilsner. Didn’t know that Diebels made a pilsner, but was well worth the find.

500ml bottle. Metallic, sulfury, spicy hops aroma. Nice longlasting bitterness. Malty, slightly oxidised. Quite sweet.

Bottle at the legend of chriso’s pre GBBF09 tasting. Alround rating: Clean pale malt, herbal grassy hop, decent bitterness, but boring and lifeless.

Clear golden with a medium white fluffy short lasting head. Aroma had malt and hops. The dry flavour had had malty notes and grassy hops towards the end. Bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear yellow with a dense white head. Aroma of malt and flowery hops. Medium body, clean malts, a little sulphur and flowery hops before a dry and lightly bitter finish. 030409
