pivo (2540) - GERMANY - APR 14, 2006
Lager and sweet hay nose, shimmering clear amber color, sticky foamy head. Sweet caramel malt, hints of honey. Late arriving, quick spice end. Oily feel. Dry after the swallow. Overall not so successful.

Thanks Saarlander! Soapy head, light brown color. Grain and cardbopard nose. Weak malt and grain taste and a oily texture. Really not my favorite.

Very strange. Pours dark golden with a dissipating head. Aroma is nothing sensational a little malty. Taste begins a beer switches to an ice tea flavor when the carbonation dissipates half way through the drink. Weird. Carbonation seems to dissappear before you swallow.

(swing top bottle) Copper colour with small off-white head. Slight malty aroma. Medium sweet favour with caramel, toasted malts; creamy texture, medium body, small bitter finish.

Papsoe (25129) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 12, 2005
UPDATED: JUN 13, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Amber coloured beer with a Coca-Cola head (the type that bubbles away in no time). Slightly sweet (from added syrup) with some residual bitterness in the aftertaste. The pretty colour is partly produced by artificial colouring - we don’t like that.... Untrustworthy. 040701

sayravai (4654) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 15, 2005
(Bottled) Clear, darkish copper color with a smallish, tight head. Slightly metallic, buttery and woody-hoppy, caramely aroma. Caramely-malty, sweet and toffeeish, somewhat woody-hoppy flavor with buttery, diacetylic notes. Light to medium-bodied, sugary and slicky, quite carbonated palate. A decently enjoyable, but quite sweet and sugary brew.

This beer is amazing at what it does. The duration is short but sweet. I love the mild flavor. There is NO aftertaste.
