2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
16 oz can. Pours a slightly hazy orange golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have some citrus, herbal and dank hop character that seems a bit muted with some caramel and toasted malts. Nothing else is really going on with this and I will likely not revisit.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly cloudy dark amber with 2 fingers of thick off-white head. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit with a hint of pine. Taste is light bitter. Mostly citrus with a hint of caramel. Light bodied with an oddly creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. Not "extreme" by any means but simple and enjoyable.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
This pours a nice orange color with a long laying head of medium bubbles. Noise is hoppy with a pretty strong white grape character. There is a rough of sweetness and sort of a strange cereal grain character one you taste it as well bit of a metallic taste in the finish. This is a drinkable beer but flawed.

Does not resemble an IPA in my opinion. Aroma means more on the malty side. Not that impressed.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
The appearance combines a medium whire head and a clear orange color, and the aroma blends caramel malts, dough yeast, and a hint of generic hops. The taste combines a slight sourness and a touch of sweetness, but the lack of hoppy bitterness is surprising and inappropriate for the style. The mouthfeel fuses a medium body, soft carbonation, slick texture, and an abrupt finish.

1.3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
If Pabst made an IPA but it would taste like this. No wait, it has even less taste than that. In fact, the bad aftertaste is stronger than the flavor while actually drinking this stuff. Aroma? Ha! I guess all I can say is that the aroma is not objectionable since there is no aroma. Let’s see, think positives. Well, it’s quite clear and has a nice light copper color. It’s also 6.9% abv, so I suppose you could get drunk on it faster than most beers if that’s what you’re after. And the label is sort of interesting. But let’s be real. This is the worst excuse for an IPA I have ever tasted.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
10/28/13. 16oz can from Jen’s and Friends while chillin’ in Savannah. Amber pour with a small khaki head. Malty aroma, earthy hops, lots of bread and caramel. Similarly malty flavor, almost no hop to speak of - an earthy or floral sense, but nothing else. Meh.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle pour clear golden. Nose dank and floral hop, some sweet malt. Taste bitter up front, followed by brief floral hop. Mid palate generic malt and some mineral. Bitter finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Poured from bottle, a copper/amber color with a slight haze, creamy white head that persists with lots of thick lacing. Aroma is slightly sweet, citrusy but little hop and overall very weak. First sips were not remarkable, the bitterness hit late followed by a not bad but not good aftertaste. Let it sit for a bit, 15 minutes later drank more and the taste rounded out, and aftertaste improved but still not remarkable. Overall a light to medium body, not very bitter for an IPA but not much else in the taste except the hops so not terribly complex which is really what lowered my rating in addition to the weak aroma. Mouthfeel is pleasant so it’s a drinkable beer, just doesn’t stand out.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours medium copper with a lasting white head. Aroma is citrus hops with a hint of spice. Flavor is aggressively hoppy but well rounded. Only a slight spicy bitterness in the aftertaste makes this a very refreshing beer that would be good for a session IPA.
