341ml bottle from Brewdog’s Online Shop (£3.25):
Amazing, that’s probably the best word to describe how much I enjoyed this beer from Dieu du Ciel and The Alchemist, it was everything I was hoping for given how well both of these breweries are usually rated online and Moralité definitely wasn’t anything other than an excellent beer and one that I’ll be hoping makes it back to the UK at some point in the future given it seems to be brewed on a rotating basis in North America. A truly great beer and one that is well worth looking out for, it’s been a while since I’ve tried a better IPA.

Bottle 341ml, a cloudy copper beer with huge head and good retention. Nose is on exotic fruits, apricot and resin. Aroma is on coconut, resin, quite bitter, medium sweet, finish is very bitter with long bitterness, stills grassy and resin notes.

Bottle from Halles St-Jean. Aroma: Pines, tropical fruits, bread. App: Clear copper, with small white head. Taste and Palate: light body, soft carbonation, medium dry bitter finish. Overall: So easy to drink, aroma is piney a lot but not too much. Really well balanced. An almost perfect IPA.

Cloudy straw yellow, small white head. Nose is fruity, woody, floral, hoppy, some malty sweetness in the there somewhere. Flavor is fruit juice, malt, hoppy bitterness. Balances out nicely. Love the juiciness.

Top Canadian IPA, and easily in the "best IPA" category. Enjoy it while it lasts.

On tap at Barley Brothers, Winnipeg. Orange body foamy white head. Nice citrus aroma. Taste is well balanced and very flavourful. Excellent IPA.

Egad what a nice treat to come home to after a long work week. I love being greeted by dank citrus and tropical fruit notes, biscuity sweet malts and some pine. Looks handsome this bitter beast does, a hazy golden copper body with a fizzy white head. This brew is very bitter and leaves a strong pine and pink grapefruit taste lingering a long time. There is an ample chew to the body of this tasty brew.

Awesome bitter refreshing tropical beer. Really aroma forward IPA which is one of the best I have had. Not too much of a malty backbone. Aroma does not disappate quickly, good stuff!

Keg at Brewdog Camden, London. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white creamy head on top. Hoppy, citrus, grapefruit aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, grapefruit, citrus, pine, bitter and complex. Nice one from Dieu du Ciel.
