Drank on tap (4 oz) at the Montreal brewpub on November 11, 2012. Honey blonde foggy, little head. Fresh green hop aroma, slightly fruity. The taste is the same, more efferversant, green and fruity bitterness. Nice green hops!

Reminds me of Heady Topper but more floral and citrus. Amazing head retention with bursting hop profile and lovely light malt overtones. Best IPA in Canada, eh?!?

Morality on cask 6.5% Simcoe + citra On tap at DDC. A beautiful clear copper gold with a filmy off-white head. A fantastic hoppy bouquet of peach & tropical fruits with nice pine notes. Very sweet and piney bitter with a smooth silky mouthfeel.

355ml bottle from The Only Cafe. Pours a hazy orange colour with 2 fingers of white head. Piney aroma and notes of Elder flowers. Flavour matches aroma with a pleasently smooth finish. Smoother than your average IPA. Moderate carbonation.

What a fantastic IPA. Have had this a number of times in bottles and at the brewpub, but I need to started entering my reviews. Just had a bottle and it’s great. Pours a hazy bright orange with a one finger white head which dissipates quickly. The aroma is a west coast IPA fan’s dream. Big resinous hops. Lots of Chinook(?), Centennial(?) and Simcoe, with a small hint of passion fruit (Citra?), even a slight dank touch. Taking a sip, the initial rush is dry malt, then a rush of bitterness and hops flavor. The passion fruit like Citra comes though more in the flavor than on the nose. Finish is long and bitter. Fantastic experience. Edit: not quite sure if I had this on tap at the brewery.

Bottle @ beerbistro, Toronto. Hazy light orange, full white head. Grapefruit! But nicely balanced with the hops. Véry dry finish. Really good at what it does.

From a 341 bottle on 11/8/2014. Pours a very cloudy light golden with a small to medium head. Has an exquisite aroma featuring light caramel, pineapple, passionfruit, orange, mandarin and lots of floral notes. In the mouth, it begins with more light caramel before an explosion of sweet, sour and bitter fruits - orange, apricot, peach, pineapple, pear, lemon and grapefruit. The bitterness is big, puckering and lingering - very grapefruity, with some resin and a touch of salt. Intense, yet supremely balanced, this is just an amazing IPA. The best thing I’ve tried from these guys since Peche Mortel. I will be returning to this one again for sure.
