Medium pale gold with a thin, soapy white head. Smells of lemon citrus, with pale malt and soft sugars. Tastes about the same. Super smooth and light. Leaves a strong oaky dry aftertaste

I had this at Mondiale, but I am rating it off the bottle I have in front of me now, thanks Colin! Hazy yellow, small soft white head. Lovely aroma - tropical fruit, earthy spiciness, some pine - just awesome and unique. Taste is solid as well - really tropical fruit mixed with pils. The spiciness up front gives way to a ton of mango and other tropical fruit and finishes with a pine like bitterness. I have other mosaic forward beers, but nothing that showcased the hop like this - really nice stuff. The bottle is light and tingly and well carbonated and the overall beer is very drinkable and very satisfying. Nice work!

Poured from the tap. Pale, slightly hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of light wheat and cereal with subtle lemon and hops. Taste of subtle lemon and piney/grassy hops. Light medium body.

2014-08-23. Hazy pastel orange body with a creamy white head. 3++ Aroma is unexpected - doughy pale malt with interesting very mild fruity and grassy touches. Flavour is sharply bitter up front, sort of lemon lime notes, grassy accents. Not very Pilsener like but decent. Smooth average bodied palate, modest carbonation. On tap at DDC Tap Takeover Event, Volo, Toronto

At the brewpub, slight cloudy pale white blonde hue, with a small white head, with a wet wheat, pale malt, citrus peel, subtle cat piss nose, with a lemon, grapefruit rind, light floral citrus, leafy hop accent, and a mild sour white berry note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate, with a nice mild zesty citrus, lemon, grapefruit, greengrapefruit rind, lemon pie, mild flowery leafy, grassy, citrus hoppy character, with a soft yeasty, wheaty, pale, toasted malt, spicy lemongrass flavour, leading towards a yeasty, zesty, spritzy lemon, grapefruit , lime rind, lemongrass spiciness, wheat maltiness, lingering intense citrus hop bitterness finish.

Oakes (12514) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 12, 2014
Cloudy yellow with a thick head, aroma is softer than DDC, but has the same catty hop, sweetish malt, white wine -vinous character, moderate bitterness, a different balance.

Pale orange cloudy beer with a thick white head. The aroma is softly spicy and peppery. Very bright citrusy noble hops with a bit of spice and some light herbal notes as well. A little bit of lemon peel and a verbena sort of character as well. Pretty nice brew - very summery.

Pours a cloudy straw colour with a light head and good lace. Taste is very heavy on the citrus, with some wheat tones. Things get drowned out by the grapefruit domination. Not horrible but you better like it grapefruit sour.

Bouteille 341ml.

Cloudy straw coloured pour with an average white head that leaves a lot of lace. The nose is wheaty with fresh evergreen forest notes and some light citrus notes. Leans more toward the hop character on the palate and the wheat doesn’t come through nearly as much. There’s a light spiciness as well. There’s something a little sharp about the finish but overall this is a great little beer.
