341 ml bottle bought at Les Marchants de la Bière in Sainte-Thérèse (Quebec) on June 24, 2014. Golden blonde little head. Aroma of herbs and mango, a little wheat. The taste is somewhat similar but a little sour, more bitter than the TDD one. It is a little less tasty than the TDD version!

Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Peach on the nose, citrus, tangerine, clove. Strong fruit nose. Crisp citrusy taste. Medium dry hoppy finish. Medium body. Well balanced and nothing like other pilsners I had. Very good!!!

Bottle. Clear golden with beige head. Nice pilsner malt, grainy, light musty hop, moderate carbonation and mild.body, slightly bitter and quite dry on finish.

Appearance: very slightly hazy straw with one finger of loose white head diminishing gradually to a thin skim, moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: muted, bready malt, grassy hops, mild citrus. (7/10) Taste: mild sweet, moderately strong bitter. (8/10) Palate: light to medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp lingering bitter finish. (4/5) Not quite as good as the Trou du Diable version - at least, I found the Trou du Diable version to be slightly fruitier and hoppier. This is just as bitter, but the hops are coming through more as grassiness or earthiness, instead of tropical fruit. Really not getting the passionfruit or mango the label claims. On the plus side, this finishes strong as a really crisp and clean pilsener, with a nice lingering bitter finish. (15/20)

Tap at DDC Hazy straw pour Aroma is bready and fruity. Flavour is earthy, grainy/bready. Some honey but not sweet at all. Herbal hoppiness. Clean and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at Lord Hobo, 5/13/15
Mildly hazed white golden colored beer has a small, but mostly well-retained head atop.
Not a whole lot in the nose, even given the mosaic single hopping. A bit of bread crust, light herbs and earthiness, with touches of honey and very light lemon/tangerine. Clean, though, but much closer to a very light Belgian white than a pilsner, in aroma.
Drinkable, light and again only moderately influenced by the mosaics. Light earthiness, soft bitterness and with light herbal and honey notes. Moderate carbonation, fluffy texture and just an overall mindless thirst quencher, which is what I assumed it is intended as. Clean, crisp enough on the end and with no alcohol. Again, more in the realm of a wibier, as it’s not as crisp and refreshing as a pilsner, with the wheat-like body softening things and providing the more subuded, creamed wheat type of malt flavors than your less purely pils malt-like pilsners.

Had a blend of hoppy flavour with hints of various herbs and spices. Great collaboration!

Aroma is clove, passionfruit, grapefruit, honey and yeast. Taste is a sweet crisp malt body that isn’t too deep or complex. The hop profile is a bit more exciting with an earthiness, some lemon grass and grapefruit fruit. As full as this hop profile is, it finishes smoothly. Appearance is a slightly hazy gold body with a fluffy pearl head that retains very well.
