| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 3, 2007 On tap at the brewpub, visited June 23 2007 with a big group of friends (no fellow rateberrieans though). Murky lemony straw colour with a big merangue of a head. Fresh fruity aroma of citrus and pears immediately apparent, then softer wheatiness and sweet spices become more evident as your nose sinks into the pint. Zesty light mouthfeel with all of the flavours that the aroma promised. A terrific example of the style. BitchesBrew (712), Oakland, California, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 29, 2007 [on tap at Dieu du Ciel!] Amazing perfumy aroma of slightly tart wheat, some clove, coriander and pepper. Perfectly poured-- hazy straw color, with a nice white head. Flavors are very clean, tangy wheat, clove banana and very subtle bubblegum. Smooth and well balanced, one of the best belgian witbiers I’ve had. daniel0017 (234), Yukon, Canada

Very mild flavor with notes of pear, apple and cloves. Lightly hopped (noble ???). Overall, smooth with tangy mouthfeel. Prefer the doubels and tripels but exceptional still. marcbé (86), Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada
