Dégustée en fût sur place. De couleur dorée et semi-voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes, moyen de bananes) et aux petites notes épicées (gingembre terreux), moyen de blé, léger de houblon herbeux aux notes florales et de grains fumés (fumée de bois, traces de bacon). Moyenne-ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement crémeuse. Goût de levures fruitées aux notes acides (agrumes sucrées, léger de bananes) et aux petites notes épicées (racines de gingembre) avec des traces de pain lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de blé (faibles traces sûres) avec un léger goût de grains de malt fumé (fumée de bois) puis en finale l’on retrouve une très légère amertume de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen et aux notes sèches, composé d’un goût de levures fruitées (zeste d’agrumes), de blé ainsi que des notes de houblon et de fumée. (28 novembre 2012)

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a finger-thick white head leaving some lacings. The aroma has a light smoke touch, reminiscent of ham, with some spiced notes and wheat. Quite fruity flavor, the smoke left in the background along with a spiced hint. Wheat as well. More or less full body, quite dry and maybe a bit low on the carbonation level. The smoke finally gets to show off in the aftertaste. Although far from being very interesting, it’s a refreshing and quenching beer I could drink more of. 120511

CBC. Tap, 110512. Amber with white head. Aroma of wheat and smoke. Flavour spicy with some yeast notes too.

At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, some meaty smoke and a touch of fruit. Dry and fruity flavour with some smoke and a heavy yeasty note.

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, smoke, floral and grassy hops. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long smoked, wheat and dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a hazy and yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and smoke. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Some heady cloudy, Light and finely smoked nose with wheat fruit, fine smoke fat and yet elegant. Medium body with some length. Taste is also wheat fruit and elegant smoke. Finely ballanced with smoke and fruit.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of smoke, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke which lends it a bit of acidity, combined with notes of malt, leading to a dry and smokey finish.

Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale, smoke, moderate yeasty, rubber, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120511]
