Slightly hazy deep amber look and a solid US pale ale taste. My notes say "too goddamn early to write good notes". PaulHegedus (466), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 11, 2008 Bottle at Volo. Pours dark amber with a large, long lasting head. There is grapefruit in the aroma, some toffee, grass. This is nicely balanced between the caramel in the malt and piney hops with and a bit of citrus. The hops are not overwhelming, maybe a gesture to European style IPAs. dchmela (1437), Orlando, Florida, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 30, 2008 Thin head which dissipates quickly. Sweet caramelly aroma with some very nice florals hops, roasted grains and tea leaves. Color is a hazy crimson brown. Wow, big time floral notes in the flavor along with a strong roastyness and bitter tea flavors. Lively in the mouth and a slight alcohol presence. Lingering bitterness and roastyness. An ok IPA but not really to my liking. gunnfryd (3586), Kristiansand, Norway

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 28, 2008 Super light orange with a nice 2 finger head that is made entirely of huge light suds. Instant sticking as the head shrinks.
Orange peel, spice and a musty hop aroma. Has a nice smooth start with a huge hop kick in the middle and flattens out to a nice smooth finish. Smooth front to finish with a nice hop flavor. The hop flavor is very very clean. This is a very easy drinking beer. Nice! Pick this one up
