12 fl oz bottle, thanks to BelJohansen. Pours slight hazy orange to amber with a lacing head. Thick hoppy aroma. Flavour is dry malty, dry pine hoppy and with a dry finish. Not overly bitter. Quite mild and almost tea like flavour. Interesting difference between the aroma and flavour. Unsure if that is intentional. Finish builds up a solid bitterness.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2011 2011-07-26, draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen, 8-5-7-4-15=39 Red to dark amber color; off-white creamy head. The aroma offruity hops is very nice, with sweet caramel too, and a touch of sweaty hops and earthy yeast. Correct body strength, with a quite round mouthfeel; strong caramel flavor, with low residual sugars; strong bitterness, with earthy and resiny hops; the final is a bit dusty. Very good; bold but not refreshing.
2008-04-26, bottle, 8-4-7-5-15=39 Beautiful red-amber color, bright; the head reduces quickly, but leaves behind a sticky lace. It has a winderful hoppy aroma, with resins, a bit fruity and a touch of vanilla too. Unfortunately the sugars all all gone; there is a strong caramel and toffee flavor and a very strong bitterness, with some good oils; the final is very long. Good, but why wasting so much hop and forgetting the body?
