argo0 (6145), Washington DC, USA Jul 13, 2005 (RBSG05) Hazy golden body topped by off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, herbal, honey. Taste is medium sweet, honey, herbal, light pepper. Light-medium body with some dryness in the finish. Rastacouere (5258), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Jun 4, 2004 Clear straw golden body with gentle off-white head. Aroma is very piney, mineralic with grassy and leafy green hop tones. Spicy mint and lemongrass fruitiness (pears, oranges). Superb balance between dry-hopping and the belgian ale serving as fundation. Loads of grassy hops, lemon, mild apples and white grapefruit, yeasty. Delicate balance imo. Body could be bigger though, but the moderately high carbonation fits well. Coating aftertaste, bitter, sprucey. Very interesting.
