Nov 1, 2008 Pours a hazy golden color with thin off-white head. Aroma is of yeast, citrus fruit, apple and light banana. Taste is of must, yeast, fruit, and light malt. Palate is slightly dry but finishes clean. Much like a Saison IMHO. Good.

Nov 1, 2008 Pours a crisp yellow color with a large foamy white head that slowly recedes and leaves webs of foamy lacing. Aroma is very Saison-like; yeast, bananas. Taste is citrus, banana, bubble-gum, and yeast.

Oct 24, 2008 Sweet yeasty aroma belies the dry, hoppy flavor. Aroma seems to have hints of dry starfruit. Flavor is less interesting than the aroma, as it often is.

Cloudy yellow orange with a nice decently long lasting fluffy head and spotted lacing. Smell is sweet with a touch of tartness and a slight touch of funk to it. Flavor is mild with a touch of fruit and funk and is quite chalky and thick. A hint of funk but more dough than anything else in the flavor.

Oct 18, 2008 11.5 oz bottle from tytoanderso, thanks Tyler. Pours a slightly hazy orange marmalade colored body with a super large bubbly soapy white head. Aroma is excellent with lots going on...yeast, ripe bananas, green apples, tropical fruit, mint, slight bubble gum and grains. Body is thinner then I expected with light to average carbonation and a slightyl astringent finish. Flavor of lots of yeast, hoppy citrus, tropical fruits. Very nice but i expect nothing less from one of the best brew pubs in the world. Man I love DDC!!!!

Oct 16, 2008 Bottle: Pours a slightly hazy effervescent with a think pillowy white head. The aroma is somewhat phenolic with herbal notes- some honeysuckle, flowery suggestions, sweet and spicy Belgian yeast character, a spice note of thyme, and sun-dried tomato? Interesting. Has a creamy/pillowy feel on the palate. Great yeast character. Has a solid malt base, pastry-like with lots of complex yeasty flavors. Peppery phenols, spice nuances of thyme? and a nice Euro-hop dryness into the finish. Very nice Belgian Ale, with great yeast character.

Oct 15, 2008 Pours bright gold into an English pint. Fluffy off-white whipped cream head tophats as it slowly recedes leaving spotted sheets. Candi and malt aromas. Smooth, creamy and slick with sour caramel and a dry, lasting citrus pip and pepper finish.
